Huh. I have several random but related questions. They are

mmmmQuestions:

*That wasn't a date, right? That was a friendly sort of, we-just-survived-this-thing-together-and-you-broke-up-with-your-gf-and-I'm-trying-to-be-friendly sort of thing. Yeah. But, can you imagine what would happen if Ronon thought Rodney was hitting on Keller? It could be funny. So would be various possible reactions on John's part.

*They're getting a drink. And Rodney has to buy her one. Does this mean there's a bar? Cause that would be awesome! This creates another line of inquiry:
- What is the bar called?
- Who works at the bar? Do they have unusually attractive bartenders? Really socially awkward bartenders? Do people have to take shifts/volunteer for bar duty?
- What will Rodney pay with? Do they barter?
- What drinks do they serve, and would they be locally brewed or fermented, or shipped in on the Daedalus, in which case, is the government providing them with alcohol?
Wheee... I would like to know more about this, yes I would.

* I like that bar trick. This makes me like Keller's character even more - she may have had an awkwardly early growing-up period due to brilliance, but she's just so cute and socially well-adapted, mostly. And I love that she knows an intelligent puzzle-trick, it's a challenge for a drink, not, you know, flirting with someone to convince them to buy you alcohol. *Runs off to find three cups and three knives to see how well it works*

* It was good. Looked like a bit of a break on their budget, which I'm sure was nice, but I was entertained all the same. Look how much better Rodney handled this than when he was with Katie in the lab during Quarantine! He needs to be doing something, to be kept active and thinking rather than left to wallow in pessimistic thinking.
I liked the dynamics. The bit where he was rambling about how Carter and Keller were hot was painful, but funny. Hee :)
Dear Rodney, you are so brave when it counts, especially for other people. Well done!

In conclusion - pretty yay. Pleased. Might need to watch again. Need to watch Outcast...
